Responsibilities: 🔸 developing and implementing programs of continuous professional improvement and development for departments / each employee 🔸 working with team leads to define training and development strategies for all functions and levels 🔸 identifying a series of platforms, providers, and partners to meet the desired requirements for education programs 🔸 facilitating workshops, webinars, live tutorials, etc. 🔸 building and managing the overall training and development budget 🔸 following the progress status and track if all the necessary stages and target of training activity are fully met 🔸 conducting welcome training for beginners and mentoring programs for mentors
Main goal: creating and implementing an integrated system of continuous training and personnel development

Requirements: 🔺 2+ years previous experience in a similar role 🔺 experience in an international company with more than 80 employees 🔺 experience in developing training programs for various departments (designers, hr, marketers, developers, support, etc.) 🔺 at least Upper-intermediate english level
