International Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities:
🔸 drafting and posting job ads
🔸 forming an individual searching strategy
🔸 reviewing resumes and screening candidates
🔸 scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates either through Skype
🔸 testing candidates via English level
🔸 assisting management with organizing training about international recruitment process
🔸 providing horizontal support to other staff members of the recruitment team

Requirements:
🔹 international recruiting experience (US in priority)
🔹 fluent English level
🔹 superior written and verbal communications skills
🔹 reliable computer, microphone, and fast internet
