Chief Operations Officer (offline)

What you need to do:

- Daily operational management of the company's structural units and subdivisions
- Coordinate the activities of managers with operational responsibilities and procedures
- Maintained and review the performance of those areas of responsibility
- Work with the company management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
- Analysis, review, and restructuring of cross-department business processes
- Control of operational and financial results in relation to company plans
- Ensuring effective teamwork

You are a great candidate if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in the positions of COO/ Head Of Operations (advantage - work in product IT companies)
- Experience with OKR;
- Leadership qualities, ability to work autonomously;
- Experience in business development and strategy building
- Availability of successful cases to improve business processes for the growth of business performance
- Experience in implementing and monitoring key performance indicators
- Understanding and practical experience of system and process approaches in managing an IT company
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Willingness to take responsibility
- English - Upper intermediate

Working conditions:
- Flexible working hours (start of the day from 8:00 to 11:00 and 8 working hours + 1-hour lunch)
