manual QA on web project (offline) $1600-2000

About the project:
Our project has been working quickly for about 2 1/2 years to build a new product in the work management space. We will compete directly with companies like Monday, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, etc.

We currently have a team of 20 that is focused on manual and automated QA for us, but we are needing to enhance the team and looking for a full-service QA partner that can help us with Manual Testing, Regression Testing, Load/Performance Testing, and more.

The founder is based in California, but the majority of our associates are based in Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Brazil. We currently have about 4,100 documented test cases, but only 300 of them are automated. We use Qase for the management of test cases and the tracking/execution of regression testing.

Expectations from QA:
➕ 2+ years experience as QA engineer
➕ Intermediate or upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
➕ Experience in software testing (web, mobile)
➕ Good knowledge of testing types and test design techniques
➕ Experience creating and maintaining test documentation
➕ Good understanding of the product development process
