Talent Sourcer (offline)

Responsibilities:
quickly and efficiently close vacancies;
work with a large number of sources of information;
invent and implement new methods of searching for potential candidates;
develop successful strategies for hiring IT specialists;
to form and maintain a personnel reserve of candidates for key positions;

Required skills:
good time-management skills;
familiarity with IT recruiting software, various and not-standard recruiting sources and tools;
positive thinker, problems solver;

Will be plus:
from 1+ year experience in IT recruitment/HR sphere;
English communication (Intermediate level);
