Our client is an international company founded in 2008 in Berlin and specializing in the sale of auto parts and accessories. The company has more than 2 million clients from 26 European countries and 4000 employees working in the offices of Ukraine, Moldova and Germany.

About the Project: This position is a part of the IT department that consists of more than 300 people. The department accompanies the entire business and works with high-load projects of various directions, including logistics, retail, marketing, processing, automated warehouses, mobile and web development.

Job Description
Develop and customize existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Support integration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform with other platforms
End-User support
Debug and troubleshoot issues related to NAV code
Develop IT and end-user documentation for processes and procedures
Closely collaborate with the Developers team, company business functions and colleagues in other countries for Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation
Perform and manage planned activities, such as IT installations, upgrades, local rebuilds and maintenance activities
Writing procedures and requests

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016/2018
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of product design and architecture principles of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Experience of working within IT, particularly with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV support and/or implementation activities
Understanding of the end user’s needs and general business processes.
Understanding of standard IT policies and principles as well as information security and how to use them in the daily job tasks
Knowledge of the IT infrastructure standards and technical environment
Knowledge of project and change management
Ability to eagerly and efficiently share information, knowledge and experience with colleagues
Knowledge of English is an advantage
