Middle/Senior Business Analyst (Customer Behavior) (offline)

BEING PART OF THE TEAM
β€’ Align both solution strategy and high-level design with the Product Manager and Scrum Team
β€’ Analyzing the domain/system and suggesting solution options
β€’ Enable the team to deliver the envisioned solution, e. g. by providing the necessary information to Tech/Delivery Leads and Scrum Team
β€’ For cross-squad or end-to-end topics: Align with (Technical) Business Analysts from other squads on cross-cutting concerns and APIs from a (functional) perspective
β€’ Provide Input for Test Automation cases
β€’ Review & Refine Epics/Stories with the Scrum Team and review the outcomes with major stakeholders
β€’ Pro-actively support Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, iteration plannings, reviews, and retrospectives
β€’ Takes over envisioned outcomes from Product and support design of solution strategy and a high-level design for achieving those
β€’ Verify and reflect upon the solution roadmap, make sure that roadmap is transparent to all involved team members
