Account manager (offline)
Responsibilities:
Provide operational support to assigned partners;
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Cross-functional coordination of ongoing tasks;
Identifying upsell opportunities and growing revenue from existing partners;
Arrange tasks in CRM / Ticket system.
Operate as the point of contact for customer’s operation team
Ensure clients receive requested info and services in a timely fashion
Communicate client needs and demands to the team
Track system performance metrics on a daily basis
Create reports for partners
Performed quality checks, developed and reviewed performance reports, identified improvement areas, and implemented measures to improve performance levels and meet objectives.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in an account management position in SaaS B2B companies;
Experience in the field of Crypto / Blockchain;
Sales CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.);
English: Upper-intermediate - must have.
Would be a plus:
Understanding of API based work;
B2B FinTech experience.
