DevOps Engineer — Skybox Security (offline)

Skybox Security (www.skyboxsecurity.com) provides the most powerful risk analytics for cybersecurity, giving security management and operations the tools they need to eliminate attack vectors and safeguard business data and services. 

We are looking for a motivated, professional, delivery driven DevOps Engineer — to join the expanding DevOps team.

The position includes owning processes and tasks from start to delivery, supporting R&D teams for development pipeline using existing and new tools.

Our environment is highly automated and requires bringing together a wide variety of tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Jira, Git, Cloud services tools (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker and other open source tools to continuously build and test a complex product developed in Java, Python, Angular and more.

The main responsibilities are:
• Automate the provisioning, deployment, and operation of testing, staging, and production environments
• Work closely with the development teams and automation engineers to collaborate on initiatives and improve their efficiency
• Apply, integrate and improve open source tools to extend operations capabilities and efficiency

Required skills and experience:
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a DevOps engineer
• Success with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• At least 2 years of Linux developer / administrator (Centos/RedHat)
• Experience with Java and Maven — a big advantage.
• Experience with AWS — a big advantage
• Scripting and other interpreted languages (Python, Shell, etc.)
• Knowledge of Ansible
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Gitlab server
• Experience with Jenkins
