SMM MANAGER /HEAD OF SMM

Our client is a leading independent, multi-strategy asset management, private equity, and investment firm that specializes in emerging and frontier markets worldwide. The Group also has a portfolio of venture capital and fintech investments through its venture capital arm.

REPORTS TO - PR DIRECTOR YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE
• Full cycle of content creation for 5 social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Youtube) - from an idea, research to the final product (text+visual/video)
• Proofreading, editing, and creative copywriting - assistance to PR and marketing departments in content preparation for media and commercials both in Ukrainian and English languages
• Preparing and sending email campaigns - both content creation and technical execution
• Participating in creative ideas brainstorming for advertising campaigns and digital products of the Group (websites, applications, chatbots)
• Executing basic design tasks - logo placement, image formatting, visuals editing, presentations for top-managers of the company

OUR EXPECTATIONS
• 2+ years of working experience with international companies
• Experience with macroeconomics and financial industry research would be an advantage: financial
markets, bonds, pension funds
• Experience with major social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, Youtube -
content requirements for each, target audience, algorithms
• Hands-on experience in content creation - both written and visual, sometimes with humor
• Experience with graphic design programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator - visual formatting and
preparation
• Experience with video-editing programs, such as Premier Pro, After Effects - basic video editing
and basic animation/subtitles creation
• Advanced level of English
