Lead QA (offline)
β Team management for at least 1 year
β Strong experience with JIRA, TMS
β Expertise in logs analyze using such tools as kibana, sentry, etc
β Writing postman collections
β Docker at least on user level
β Client-server architecture
β Tools: git, linux cli
β Testing strategies: UAT, smoke, sanity, etc
β Understanding UI/UX
β Frontend knowledge: js, css, html
β Writing sql
Wiil be +:
β Fintech work experience, service desk, work in product company
Responsibilities:
β Motivate the team to improve the efficiency so that the time saved can be used in different work areas.
β Have team meetings at appropriate time to understand & review the current risks and motivate the team to resolve the same.
β Defining quality standards and metrics for the project/product.
β Working with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed and agreed upon.
β Set processes for test plan reviews and ensure that test plans get reviewed by all stakeholders.
β Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.
β Work closely on the deadlines of the project
β Ensure the team is focusing on automation along with manual testing.
β Keep raising the bar and standards of all the quality processes with every project.
β Review test strategies and see that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, stress, acceptance etc. are getting covered.
β Setting up goals and objectives for QA Engineers
β Motivating team for achieving continuous Improvement
β Mentoring the Technical Support Team, performing recruitment, onboarding, scheduled staff reviews and 1-1, sick leave/vacations approval, communicating and adhering to new procedures, workflows, policies and goals
