Head of Sportsbook (offline)

Required skills:

-Proven experience in SportsBook and/or Sports industry or its detailed understanding including business logic, operational processes, and end-customer needs, including trends, competitors, UI/UX, product, marketing, etc;
-5+ years of experience in designing and developing solutions based on high load microservices architecture;
-Proven experience managing high-load microservice products;
-Familiarity with AWS services and prior experience designing software solution;
-Ability to create clear, detailed, and concise documentation: architecture diagrams, presentations, and design documents;
-Ability to actively manage priority and scope for technical development efforts;
-Strong communication and leadership skills;
-Excellent analytical skills with attention to details;
-Good team player motivated to solve complex tasks.

Will be a plus:
-Agile, Scrum, SAFe certifications;
-Game dev Industry experience;
-Experience working with requirements within the Scrum framework and write quality user stories;
-Excellent analytical skills with attention to details;
-Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities:

-Own the product and technical features roadmaps from end to end;
-Bring architectural and engineering concepts to design solution architectures that meet operational requirements, such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability;
-Ensure that technology solutions are production-ready and meet the defined specifications and that the solution can be maintained via production support methodologies and resources;
-Organize and lead research and development efforts (proofs of concept, prototypes);
-Deliver expertise in the domain of architecture reviews to ensure adherence to the corporate technical architecture standards and best practices;
-Responsible to translate the business vision and goals to a clear backlog for the teams and provide business reasoning for each item;
-Gathering product requirements (interview stakeholders, analyze existing interfaces, etc.) and convert them into user stories;
-Manage the communication with the teams and the stakeholders;
-Work together with the team to release the product in high quality and on time (with the highest value);
-Own the product lifecycle: market, BI and user research, defining wireframes, scope, KPIs, and development process;
-Work closely with top-notch pros in UX, Dev, and Marketing to take your product to market;
-Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.
