Senior Treasury Manager and AML (offline)

Responsibilities:
— Plan and monitor cash flows across the companies, mid-term and short-term payment
scheduling;
— Control over daily payments executed by treasury manager and overseas finance
managers;
— Monitor and improve AML status of bank accounts, timely provision of relevant
information, due diligence packs to bank AML departments, liaison with bank support
departments in case the payments are not executed in due course;
— Review bank statements, ensuring accuracy and no pending critical payments;
— Active participation in the process of accounts receivables tracking and information
updates, resolving non-routine payment-related issues with debtors (e.g. three party
agreements initiation to collect funds, communication with bank support);
— Control over timely critical payouts e.g. dividends and key business partners’ non-
operations paymentsl;
— Communication with foreign companies’ agents and directors in relation to payment
authorization and execution in case where external party is holder of bank
signatory/authorized person;
— Ensure opening of new bank accounts in all required jurisdictions according to
deadlines and business needs/KPIs;
— Treasury safeguarding – ensure that cash balances are stored securely across
different bank accounts and are not concentrated in one institution/jurisdiction, risk
management and reputational due diligence over existing banking institutions.

Must-haves:
— At least 5 years of experience in a similar position or AML/international banking field;
— Good understanding of international legal framework and AML legislation, both EU
and offshore;
— Highly developed analytical skills and attention to details;
— Communication and problem-solving skills;
— Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel;
knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and creating cash flow statement
— Level of English: preferably upper-intermediate + written skills as a must
(communication with the banks and institutions);
— Previous experience with foreign jurisdictions;
— Open-minded, proactive person;
— Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or a related field.

Would be a plus:
— Game dev, online services business experience (digital advertising, social media,
IT)/non-production industries expertise/project management;
— Contracting and legal understanding from finance side;
— Experience with tech tools (Jira, etc);
— Professional certifications (CIMA, ACCA or similar).
