Sales Development Representative (SDR) (offline)

We’re looking for a proactive, independent, and result-oriented person. It’s important because the more proactive you are, the more money you get (we all know what motivates a sales manager). If you have good English and worked before in the IT company as a support/success manager, you’re the right person. If you worked before as a sales manager in a SaaS company, you’re DEFINITELY the right person.

Proactive is not just a word for us. Every person in the company knows what to do without a carrot and a stick and deal with the tasks like they own this company. We expect the same from the sales manager.

Responsibilities:

Finding warm leads through Hubspot and making the first touch
Handling incoming requests
The introduction calls with potential clients
Hosting Live demonstrations
Creating and sending quotes
Building strong, long-term relationships with our customers

Requirements:

Good sales skills such as marketing research and handling incoming requests
FLUENT English is a must
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Experience in sales/success/support is preferable
Proactive and result-oriented person
Knowledge in SEO/SEM would be a plus
