As a Technical Project Manager, you will use your expertise to develop and maintain a server-side part of the application and its corresponding services. You will be responsible for managing the team, which consists of developers and QA engineers.

You have a proven track record of excellent time management and organization skills. You possess great leadership skills and problem-solving abilities. You are also detail-oriented and results-driven. You are able to interact daily with systems that are used in professional software development such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, MongoDB etc.

You are able to, and enjoy, working with multiple teams across locations, have good communication and interpersonal skills. You have a great passion to mentor, coach and develop rising talents.

What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Develop project plans, monitor and track progress by setting measurable project performance metrics with the use of appropriate tools and techniques;
- Mentor and supervise team members to ensure deadlines are followed and that the organization’s quality standards are met;
- Monitor the implementation of project improvements and perform risk management to mitigate risks;
- Communicate with the business team about customers needs and goals;
- Research new features, plan and analyze requirements, while actively sharing key findings and technical expertise with stakeholders;
- Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department;
- Follow and create best practices and processes established for the team;
- Conduct annual/bi-annual appraisals.

About You
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management in the capacity of a complex Product/PM office role; utilizing best practices, processes and SDLC;
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles;
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail;
- Good analytical and strategic skills;
- Great communication skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English level (reading, verbal and written);
- Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.

Bonus Points if You
- The technical basis will be a big plus;
- Experience managing a big team (more than 10-20 employees).
