Middle PM/BA (offline) to $1500

Requirements:
2 years of Project Management\ Business Analyst experience
Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills
Excellent communication and expectations management skills
Responsible people leader, empathetic, supporting, serving leader
Experience with complex task decomposition, roadmap creation, and scope management
Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language
Prototyping experience.
Experience with Jira/Confluence

What you will do:
Translate high-level business solutions into technical specifications, create documentation for existing solutions and features, manage the backlog.
Manage the communication with the stakeholders during the requirements gathering, ensure the technical solution is able to support the business need and is in line with the management expectations regarding timing and budget.
Create prototypes and descriptions of the functionality and validate it with the stakeholders.
Manage the engineering team, understand team capacity, and form the iterative scope accordingly.
Resolve internal project dependencies and manage overall project implementation.
Track project progress and provide timely reporting to the management, responsible for identifying the deadlines and project schedule management, communicating proactively with the stakeholders in case of delays.
People management (1-1 meetings, motivation, performance reviews, OKR aimed at maximizing team quality, teamwork, and team productivity)

Nice to have:
Understanding of web protocols, messaging protocols and web data formats.
Ability to work with Figma and basic prototyping/wireframing skills
