React Native Developer (Team Lead) (offline) $5000-8000

We do blockchain projects for the U.S. market. Our clients are established high-tech blockchain projects as well as innovative fintech startups. We are looking for talents to create a cross-platform (iOS, Android) and cross-chain NFT wallet and marketplace for licensed audio, video NFTs from leading record labels. Our product will compete with the industry giants (Sony Music, Virgin Records) in the new market of audio distribution.
We are using technologies: Expo, React-context, styled-components, Hooks, Ethers.js.

What you will manage:
- Development - now the app is getting ready to go into Beta
- Architectural decision making - we expect skills and experience in improving mobile app performance from the Team lead
- Close cooperation with the development team - helping with evaluations, monitoring task completion, developers productivity
What you bring to the role:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, 3+ years in React/React-native.
- Proven success as a technical team leader.
- Ability to manage a development team of 5
- As min 1 year in a Manager role (70% tech/30% people management)
- Expert level knowledge of Typescript and Modern Javascript.
- Experience building and maintaining React Native phone applications with large user bases.
- Fluent spoken english

Terms of work:
- Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) employment with a U.S. company. The contract is signed through DocuSign.
- Working hours - full-time, 40 hours per week with a flexible working schedule
