Sales Manager / Head of Sales (offline)

Requirements:

- at least 3 years experience in IT Sales;
- work experience with inbound and outbound sales;
- work experience with Europe and USA market;
- experience in pre-sales, closing deals and upsell;
- customer focus, excellent and friendly communication style;
- time management skills, high level of responsibility, self-organized;
- excellent negotiation skills;
- fluent written and spoken English.

Will be a plus:

- sales department management experience;
- experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
- experience with offline events;
- experience with developing short-term/long term leads generation and - sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

- improve existing sales channels and develop new ones;
- develop company sales strategy, lead campaigns;
- manage sales team;
- work closely with delivery team to ensure that customer needs are met at - the best possible way;
- perform market research, customer trends and competition in the market;
- collaborate with Dev, Marketing and Recruiters teams on a strategic sales approach.
