What we expect from our ideal candidate:
📍 Basic Researcher experience
📍 Profound knowledge of the main channels and tools for sourcing candidates, as well as the methods of professional selection
📍 Excellent sourcing skills using the most relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean Search etc.)
📍 Understanding of IT market trends and interest in the industry
📍 Intermediate (or higher) level of English
📍 Excellent communication and presentation skills
📍 Understanding and experience in the full cycle of the recruiting process
