Job Description
What’s the deal?

We are now looking for a skilled Senior Engineering Lead who is ready to new challenges and wants to join our team! This position will give you the chance to join our journey of creating the Games Product Lifecycle Management and develop our engineering team.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for LE and subordinates:
1-1s, mentoring, onboarding, coaching, knowledge sharing
Participate in contract review and employee evaluation processes.
Contact point for feedback escalation

- Responsible for Competence:
First contact point regarding competence issues or questions
Driving meetings and common forums for discussions and questions
Assure good information flow and updates

- Responsible for recruitment flow in competence:
Driving and coordinating interviews
Feedback preparation and escalation
Influence on hiring decisions
- Responsible for competence team buildings and morale
- Responsible for competence improvements and OKRs
- Involved in product line work (% of involvement depends on amount of people and other specifics)

Main skills:

3+ years of commercial experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with Vanilla JS, Pixi.js, Webpack, Gulp, Parcel, github, github actions, GCP, maven
Working experience in a game industry
Managerial experience at least 1 year
Upper - intermediate level of English
