Required skills:
β At least 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
β General understanding of technologies in the IT industry;
β Experience and success in executing a full-cycle recruiting process;
β You can create and implement sourcing strategies for a recruitment;
β Good communicational skills, self-directed, result and detail-oriented, quick learner;
β Experience with gambling industry will be a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
β Full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, HR interviews, assistance in organization of further steps up to offer stage);
β Build candidates network;
β Assist with job posting and advertisement processes;
β Maintain a recruiting database;
β Work closely with recruiters and HR Lead to deeply understand the roleβs requirements and how it fits into the team;
β Identify with your team and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies;
β Provide a positive experience for both the hiring manager and the candidate.
