Our basic product is a fintech core that speeds up the development and launch of electronic money systems, neobanks, telco mobile money solutions, closed-loop loyalty systems, and so on. Our turnkey solutions make it possible to drive financial inclusion in both emerging and developed markets, aligning service providers, merchants, and end-users into manageable ecosystems with multiple revenue streams.

— 2+ years’ experience in IT recruitment for mid and senior technical positions (outsourcing/outstaffing/IT consulting services);
— Good skilled in different recruitment practices, process, and tools;
— Deep understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
— Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, curious, team player;
— Strong interpersonal skills; excellent communication and networking skills;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English.

— Sourcing candidates from different channels and generating pipelines for each position;
— Managing candidate process, evaluate skills level and onboarding processes;
— Navigating through any communication gaps or barriers including using innovative methods;
— Providing the best recruitment performance (in-time vacancies closure, internal customers’ satisfaction);
— Hold outstanding relationships with hiring managers/clients and talents, in order to collaborate together;
— Job market analyses and reviews;
— Regular reporting and providing market overview;
— Participate in the optimization of recruiting processes and introducing best practices.
