Technical Project Manager (Technical background) (offline)

Key responsibilities:
Manage projects and lead technical delivery teams within projects
Tracking and monitoring of project issues and escalation to management as appropriate.
Overall the project schedule and project deliverables responsibility.
Reporting of tasks and milestones against the plan internally and to customers’ stakeholders.
Scheduling of project meetings; compilation of minutes and actions/decisions made throughout the project.
Creation and managing project requirements
Tracking of project time and deliverables against budget and requirements.
Dnirpo office Team management (~20 people)


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
3+ year’s software implementation project management experience
Strong people management and negotiation skills.
Experience with Agile best practices.

Will be a plus:
Experience in an IT-product company.
Good spoken English
Technical background

Will be a huge plus:
Fan of the Lean Startup/Customer Development/Agile practices.
Customer-oriented approach.
