JIRA Administrator / Developer (offline)

Requirements:
- Experience in administering JIRA and Confluence server applications (Data Center products as a plus);
- Experience in using Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins/Bamboo;
- Experience in using Groovy, Java for scripts, and plugin coding;
- Experience in UI coding or troubleshooting with JavaScript;
- Experience in using Python with AirFlow and for parsing big files;
- Experience in building data queries using JQL and SQL;
- Experience in using/extending REST API Services;
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Atlassian tools chain (including workflows, custom fields, schemes, add-ons, and integrations);
Manage the JSD portal page templates (experience with Refined app a plus);
- Perform advanced troubleshooting tasks for Atlassian applications;
- Solve complicated problems, escalated by L1-L2;
- Write Groovy/Java scripts on ScriptRunner for cases that are not covered by existing plugins and tools;
- UI coding/ being able to troubleshoot what goes wrong on UI;
- Python - AirFlow tasks, some external automation like parsing big data files and running bulk updates;
- Build API integrations;
- Build SQL - integrations, sometimes need to make calls directly to DB.
- Fixing DB by Atlassian recommendations, for getting data directly from DB, etc;
- Identify, test, and provide recommendations for using new plugins to meet project requirements;
- Analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement.
