Application Support Engineer (L2), FinTech (offline)

Product:
FinTech platform with more than 8 years on the mobile and bank tech market. Now it is time to expand and take the service to the absolutely new level to realize all the ambitious ideas planned.

Team:
Work with experienced experts with great expertise who are ready to help and mentor.

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve surface-level problems with the software and infrastructure (JavaScript, SQL, cloud servers);
- Handle cases that are escalated to L2 from L1;
- Escalate documented cases to the L3 team when there is a critical issue.

What You Need to Succeed:
- Fluent English and working experience in international teams;
- 1.5+ years of commercial experience in a similar role;
- Excellent knowledge and experience of JavaScript, SQL, cloud servers;
- Troubleshooting experience;
- Bug fixing experience.

Would Be a Plus:
- Experience in working under the FinTech and crypto related projects.
