We’re looking for a Business Analyst, who will:

– Participate and lead pre-sales engagements, identify and manage stakeholders, define project objectives, define and elucidate business scope and the requirements baseline, perform benchmarking, define and validate functionality, build FBS and WBS, etc.;
– Participate and lead the project discovery phase, prepare BA artifacts (Business Process Models, User Stories, ERD, Business/Application domain, FBS/WBS, etc.);
– Consult and participate in delivery as a mentor/coach to other Business Analysts;
– Be an active leader and contributor to our Business Analysis community, helping to set and define standards and templates for Business Analysis Artefacts.

If you are:
– Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Agile Methods and Standards/Techniques (e.g. TOGAF, UML, BPMN, BABOK)
– With proven successful pre-sales and discovery activities leadership experience,
– Expert in Lean Product Management, Stakeholder Management, Scope Management methodologies, business analysis techniques, standards, and tactics/approaches
– Have a very good understanding of application architecture and technologies.
