Head of CPA Network (offline)

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in the same or relevant field/position;
• Goal orientation and ability to work independently;
• Understanding of market specifics;
• Fluency in English;

• Advanced level of communication and negotiation skills;

• Proven success in developing strategic partnerships, preferably in an international environment;

What You’ll Do :

• Develop processes inside the team of Affiliate Managers, Account Managers: search for new partners, increase revenue from the affiliate marketing team, develop new verticals of cooperation;
• Develop and maintain daily communication with key partners;
• Perform a set of sales and revenue KPI;
• Daily work with existing and new partners, monitoring of Partner Programs payments with big advertising budgets;
• Setting and achievement of strategic goals and assignments for program development;
• Writing weekly reports and analyzing productivity.
• Managing and setting the goals for the team, tracking their everyday workflow and assuring meeting the deadlines;
• Develop and maintain strong trusted business relationships with future partners, offering them professional support and feedback;
•Motivate our existing partners to stay loyal to the company and increase our profit together;
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials;
•Manage our affiliate platform and take a part in our IT product;
• Manage ppl and take a part in a work-flow process on a daily basis;
• Develop new working strategies and their implementation.

What will be a plus:

• Previous experience as a Head of Affiliates /Head of Account manager, worked with dating/crypto/gambling
• Active network of international business partners
