Your tasks:
- Пошук кандидатів на різних job sites
- Pre-screening CVs
- Ведення листування з кандидатами
- Ведення CRM
- Ресерч ринку

Requirements:
- Досвід роботи в рекрутингу
- Знання основних методик підбору та оцінки кандидатів
- Комунікабельність та вміння знайти підхід до кандидата
- Спрямованість на результат
- Англійська intermediate

WIll be a plus:
- Володіння техніками та інструментами прямого пошуку кандидатів, (x-ray & booling-запитами)
- Розуміння ролей у IT
- Базове знання сучасного стеку
