Content Manager (offline)

We are looking for a Content Manager to work in our Kyiv office.

Are you a tech-savvy content manager who can combine creativity with a solution-oriented approach? Then we might have just the right opportunity for you!

In the role of Content Manager, you will handle content requests for web, email, video and more. You will work in systems varying from our customized CMS to our marketing automation or asset management system. It is important you understand how to manage stakeholders and their different interests.

What you will do
- Handle content requests throughout the workflow from planning to creating to testing, monitoring and maintaining.
- Communicate about the status to stakeholders such as requestor, designer, copywriter, SEO specialist, developer or data analyst.
- Involve the right people at the right time and set expectations right.
Identify additional needs when there are any (that weren’t part of the initial brief).
- Create content from scratch and own publishing processes, including setting up scenarios for dynamic content or content testing.
- Maintain content, either upon request or upon own initiative when something is not performing well.
- Track performance of your dedicated content and come with suggestions for improvement based on metrics.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate with different types of stakeholders and manage their expectations
- Ability to manage and oversee complex content approval workflows
- Ability to translate marketing content strategy and UX best practices into content recommendations
- Experience with email or web content management, preferably on a marketing automation platform or a .NET CMS (Sitecore, Umbraco)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of high quality standards
- HTML basics
- Attention to details
- Quick learner
- Upper-intermediate English

Nice to have
- Experience with working in distributed teams
- Experience with large multi-language websites, email programs or ecommerce platforms
- Understanding of the principles of SEO, UX, conversion-driven marketing
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing
- Experience implementing/running A/B tests and personalization scenarios
