AS APROJECT MANAGER, YOU NEED TO


Land and expand:
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Measure and improve overall customer experience journey
Keep records for the shift closing on a daily basis
Audit the system for the incorrect system entries (cross-system exp)
Oversee Sales & Marketing operations
Minimize overall responsive time
Enhance company SOP’s
Work collaboratively across team
GROW REVENUE in any possible way!

Skills
Languages: ENG, RUS
innovation, strong leadership to build a team
possess extensive knowledge of sales & marketing principles
analytical and critical thinking
sense of ownership, task prioritization

Nice-to-have skills
proven sales manager, project manager/head exp in numbers
experience in start-up
any technical education (ex. engineering)
previous experience on US market

Probation: For that period of time you have to define our customers' needs, get familiar with SOP’s, company workflow and pursue the change toward company operation.

Once you complete your probationary period successfully, you’ll get a chance to build your OWN team of specialists, design company rules and regulation, assist with hiring,deal with KPI’s.
