Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node+Angular) (offline)

About the Opportunity:

Treads is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our fully-remote team. Your work will directly impact and influence the overall user experience and innovation Treads will deliver to our customers. You’ll be responsible for helping execute the Treads technology and product roadmap. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be an expert in your domain, and a technical leader at Treads. You will be charged with increasing the quality of Treads engineering through direct contribution, mentorship, process innovation, defining/implementing conventions, and finding alignment in principles that ensure we consistently make good decisions. Ultimately you are accountable for the security, reliability, and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities:

Build scalable, support, and maintain robust, and elegant back-end/front-end projects
Optimize back-end/front-end projects to maximize speed and scalability
Write clean and maintainable code
Develop reusable modules/packages
Provide a technical point of view on back-end/front-end projects
Implement good security practices
Integrate APIs and/or 3rd party tools
Maintain coding good internal practices and follow programming methodologies (ie. Test-Driven Development, DDD, etc.)

Requirements:

- Proven work experience with NodeJS
- Proven work experience with Angular
- Experience working with MongoDB
- Experience working with NestJs
- Advanced knowledge of Git

Nice-to-have:

- Knowledge of Typescript
- Experience working on Loopback4
- Experience working with Cloud platforms like AWS
- Experience working with Docker
- Code repository you can share with us showcasing your skills

Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management and prioritization skills/planning abilities
- Up-to-date with the latest web development trends, techniques, and technologies
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback and justify decisions
- Passion and experience building web-based technology apps, and learning new coding languages and frameworks
