You will be working on a data platform automatization and access management system, as well as a client-side data access portal for administration.
Requirements:
We are looking for a project manager to become a part of teams that develop enterprise-level products with a large world-known client base.
Requirements (must-haves):
- Experience as Project Manager in IT
- Experience as a System Analyst/Business Analyst/Product Owner in IT
- Solid experience with gathering and managing requirements
- Expert in monitoring and reporting of project KPIs and progress
- Strong in change management in scope, timelines and costs
- Strong in identifying and managing stakeholders
- Proficient business emailing
- Proficient in setting up processes
- Good experience in managing distributed teams
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills, on all levels
- Ability to take leadership and responsibility
- Ability to make things done
- Ability to work independently
- Eagerness to learn and try something new
Requirements (nice-to-have):
- Technical background in the past is a huge plus, close to the must
- Participation in pre-sale and discovery activities
- Experience with fixed-price projects

- Taking responsibility for the project and the end product
- Delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Gather, specify, manage and validate requirements
- Write specifications

- Risk and change management
- People management, including talent acquisition, professional development, and retention
- Reporting on team productivity, delivery progress, and objectives
