Collegial work in small teams with a high degree of collaboration thus an aptitude for giving and receiving feedback along with a growth mindset is essential. Our process is a lightweight Scrumlike with 2-week iterations and continuous delivery. The ability to effectively slice tasks such that bits of value can be delivered independently and refined iteratively is highly valued.

It's a 6 months project with a possible extension.
