Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting at least 1 year (8-10 months will be ok as well);
- Understanding of IT technologies (difference between frontend and backend at least);
- General knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian IT market;
- Solid verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Result-oriented, team player;
- Openness and kindness to people;
- English at the Intermediate and higher level.

Main responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions;
- Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels;
- Pre-screen and interview candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements;
- Compose, monitor, and maintain job postings on various job boards;
- Maintain and update candidate database;
- Provide statistic reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Additional responsibilities:
- Collaboration with company partners to close positions on outstaffing basis;
- Collaboration with clients to get details about vacancies;
- Getting feedback from clients and partners;
- Cooperate with CEO and PM team to get developers' availability.
