Required skills
• At least 1+ year of recruiting experience in IT industry;
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates;
• Responsibility, self-management and ability to work independently;
• Good command of English.

Nice to have
• Knowledge of Boolean Search and X-ray search

In this job you will
• Own the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates. Act as a single point of contact for candidates;
• Build and own the strategy of recruitment;
• Create profound vacancy descriptions;
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
• Schedule and conduct interviews together with the technical team;
• Maintain all relative information in the database;
• Give assistance to the HR department.
