What you need to Succeed:
- Upper-intermediate level of English is a must
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
- A creative mind with the ability to think outside of the box
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management and co-workers
- Experience with Upwork or similar platforms will be beneficial
Core Responsibilities:
- You’ll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for the organization using different marketing channels;
- Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads;
- Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software (we use amoCRM);
- Surf Upwork and other relevant platforms in search of leads and potential clients on a daily basis;
- Managing clients: working with the needs and requests, managing objections, preparing follow-ups;
- Identifying new prospects and sales opportunities;
- Planning and implementing lead generation campaigns.
