Responsibilities

Management

- monitoring the work of employees through a time tracking system
- tracking progress and elimination of problems with employees
- addressing employees’ queries

Employees

- onboarding process for newcomers
- performance review meetings with English speaking employees
- one to one meetings with English speaking employees
- assessment process

Documentation

- maintaining a database of employees (personnel records)
- agreeing on the terms of cooperation, preparing and signing a JobOffer

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE required

- English Upper Intermediate and higher
- 2+ years of experience as HR Manager in IT field

Would be plus :
- experience in international company (80-200+ employees)
- experience of using BambooHR software
