Необхідний досвід та навички:
- Upper-intermediate English (spoken, written)
- 2+ years of practical experience as IT manager (Delivery Manager, Scrum Master).
- Experience with web and e-commerce projects.
- Basic understanding of and experience working with software architecture and willingness to learn (needed to understand how to break up a large product story into specific technical tasks, distribute them in the team, and monitor dependencies).
- Knowledge of and experience in applying popular agile methodologies and adapting them to particular teams’ needs. Ideally - Certified Scrum Master.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (important for working in a distributed international team).
- Strong interpersonal skills.

Обов'язки:
- Monitoring the state of development and coordinating development between different teams, documenting and following up on decisions made.
- Setting up sustainable organizational processes for productive team collaboration and continuously improving them.
- Working within the Scrum framework with two-week sprints.
- Planning and organizing work in the issue tracker, monitoring workload.
- Assisting in preparing documentation on various features and processes.
- Improving distributed teams communications and processes.
- Working on internal projects (organizing internship programs, audit etc.).
