The candidate is responsible for working with our team to recruit and hire the next generation of superstars who work at Corva. As well as the coordination and administration of day-to-day operations and office management.
The Opportunity
— Recruit tech talents on Ukrainian and global markets
— Interview candidates thoughtfully and efficiently
— Support onboarding of new hires
— Conducting 1:1 with employees
— Taking part in corporate events
— Taking part in creating HR policies and procedures
— Support any employee relations issues
— Other duties as required
The Person
— 2+ years of Recruiter/HR experience, minimum 1 year in IT industry
— Ability to use a wide variety of tools to recruit talent
— Ability to work well with teams effectively
— Analytical thinking skills
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
