Mobile QA engineer (Middle+) (offline)

Health & Fitness company is looking for a QA/Scrum Master.
If you like sport, creative tasks, mobile apps, and startups this is your place.
Own product. Remote plus office. Small team.

We are partnering with Palta (known for MSQRD, Flo Health, Prisma Labs, wannaby, VOIR, etc.), which helps us grow faster by getting support and mentorship from world-class experts & founders.

*You'll contribute by:*

- Organizing and maintaining Agile process
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Review and analyze product specifications
- Work with CEO/CPO to handle backlogs and new requests
- Helping the project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Create test documentation and keep it up to date
- Manual testing of mobile app (iOS)
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
- Be a part of Agile-based and distributed team (Munich/Minsk/Kyiv/Warsaw)
- Be a part of Palta's community of outstanding people (talents from MSQRD, Prisma Labs, Flo Health, VOIR, Wannaby, etc.)
- Bring own ideas to shape the future of Zing AI Fitness Coach

*We expect that you have:*

- 3+ years experience in QA sphere
- 2+ years experience in mobile software testing
- Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), project management tools, and experience leading Agile events (planning, daily scrums, retrospective, release planning);
- Understanding of the client-server model
- Knowledge of various software testing techniques and methods, as well as experience applying them
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Excellent English skills (B2+)

*Beneficial skills:*

- Experience in a startup strongly preferred
- Certified Scrum Master, or other relevant Agile certifications / Certificates in the area of Project Management
- Passionate about Health&Fitness
- Passion for learning new things and continuous improvement
