Job Description Summary: The Scrum Master is responsible for the delivery of IT products, service, and features on time and matching specifications as assigned by company (Best Brains) stakeholders. In coordination with Supervisor, SM will receive assignments for all IT Teams, create due dates, prepare documentation, and assign tasks to teams. SM will monitor progress, present prototypes, and relay updates and delays to Supervisor. Additionally, SM will monitor all requests from franchisees and oversee all support functions related to IT. In conjunction with Franchisee Relations team, SM will provide ongoing support and training to franchisees regarding Best Brains IT products and services.

This is a front-facing role that requires high levels of communication skills, client and customer service, time management, attention to detail, teamwork, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

Manage all IT Teams’ sprints, assign tasks, prioritize tasks, estimate delivery time, maintain deadlines, and communicate delays and blockers.
Communicate between IT teams and with Supervisor daily and as needed.
Inform all relevant stakeholders of delays, blockers, or requests for additional materials, subscriptions, etc.
Maintain an up-to-date calendar of deliverables and deadlines.
Receive assignments from stakeholders and estimate delivery times.
Provide documentation for developers for each assignment and update documentation to reflect current requirements for each product.
Have knowledge of and ability to demonstrate all features of every Best Brains IT product and service.
Present prototypes to stakeholders and communicate feedback.
Assist UX/UI team to gather user feedback and research.
Act as point of contact for all franchisee IT support issues and requests for Best Brains’ Portal, websites, and other IT products and services.
Assist Supervisor in creating training materials for franchisees and corporate employees.
Assist Supervisor with other IT-related duties as assigned.
