— Can read and understand this text without any translator;
— Knows how to operate with Helpdesk ticketing system;
— Knows how Google Search is working; :)
— Not afraid of setting up 7Zip to the users.

What will your usual day consist of?
— Support users with their issues and problems;
— Users accounts managing;
— Hardware setup and maintenance (in the office and remotely);
— Performing inventory on different IT assets;
— Other IT related tasks.
