Junior Casino Bonus Manager (offline)

Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively;
High level of responsibility
Good analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data;
Responsibilities:
Create and launch a range of bonuses driving loyalty and retention
Create tournaments for players and analyzing players' retention rate
Providing new ideas on retention based on bonuses and tournaments to the team
Testing proper work of bonuses
Analyse and report on the effectiveness of the implementation of new bonuses/tournaments and future developments
Setting up promos for games that providers offer
Checking the behaviour of users and the possibility of bonus system abuse
Keeping up to date on what competitors are up to in the online casino space
Will be a plus, but not necessary:
Previous work experience in casino;
Knowledge of second language (English);
