🔹 conduct a departmental-wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. 🔹 design effective training curricula within time and budget constraints 🔹 produce digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies) 🔹 onboarding new salespeople 🔹 to review the effectiveness of Sales Training against company requirements, in terms of the appropriateness and quality of training courses. 🔹 to review all course evaluation feedback, the effectiveness of the training, and course outcomes and identify areas for improvement. 🔹 liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars
Requirements:
🔸 proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role 🔸 strong sales knowledge 🔸 knowledge of the learning cycle, different learning styles, and coaching methods 🔸 excellent organizational skills 🔸 excellent communication and interpersonal skills - and the ability to liaise with people at all level
Would be plus:
🔺 experience in a sales position 🔺 additional certification in training
