Recruitment Team Lead (offline)

Your main tasks::

🔹 team management - up to 5 people: assignment of tasks, assistance in solving complex cases, reporting by group
🔹 daily communication with employees of other departments
🔹 monitoring the progress and effectiveness of recruiters
🔹 development of proposals to improve the efficiency of personnel selection
🔹 preparation of plans, budget, reporting
🔹 participation in the search for C-level positions
🔹 participation in the adaptation of new team members
🔹 maintaining the atmosphere in the team
🔹 interaction with hiring managers for vacancies


Our ideal candidate should have::

🔸 English at B2 + level
🔸 experience in hiring at least 3 years
🔸 experience in management and setting goals with recruiters
🔸 ability to use various sources and personnel selection tools
🔸 understand the specifics of the IT sphere
