Softjourn is looking for a IT Support Specialist!


About the project:

The project is online expense reporting and invoice management service that provides complete process automation and cost controls around an organization's accounts payable operations. The platform is completely configurable and offers many choices for finance software and ERP systems, travel management companies, corporate card programs, and online booking tools. It helps organizations to automate and streamline accounts payable processes, increase productivity, enforce compliance and deliver actionable insight that leads to smarter decision-making.

Requirements:

- At least upper-intermediate level of English;
- Good communication skills;
- Great interpersonal skills to be able to work with clients and multiple departments;
- Demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving and critical thinking;
- Basic understading of relational database;
- Ability to write basic SQL queries.

Will be a plus:

- Understanding of relational database structure;
- Basic Linux command line experience.

Responsibilities:

- Customer support on troubleshooting technical issues;
- Work with clients, QA team, software developers, and system and database administrators to troubleshoot;
- Troubleshooting using SQL queries;
- Review web server and application server logs;
- Communicate clearly with clients and help build relationships with clients;
- Must effectively manage time to work on meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA).
