HR Operations Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:

 Actively participate in all HR processes;
 Assist managers and staff regarding policies and procedures;
 Monitor key HR Metrics;
 Assist in creation and implementation of corporate events to drive employee engagement and talent attraction;
 Procure colleague gifts and rewards;
 Assist in designing and implementation of company policies;
 Assist in identifying opportunities of simplification, standardization and efficiency gains to contribute to HR processes.

Qualifications and skills :
 Work experience in HR, Event Management or similar role as a plus;
 Minimum Upper-Intermediate level of English;
 Organizational skills;
 Good analytical skills;
 Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed;
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
 Desire to work and make decisions autonomously;
 Very good writing skills
