Sales Team Lead (offline)

Your tasks will be as follows:

🔺 team organization and management
🔺 organization the working process using CRM-system
🔺 distributing leads within the team
🔺 contact both cold and warm leads and build rapport with prospective clients to assist in identifying sales opportunities
🔺 support the team in resolving customer issues
🔺 checking team's performance against KPI’s
🔺 daily meetings that inform and inspire the team
🔺 team training for improvement of sales results

Skills and knowledge required:

🔸 5+ years experience in sales
🔸 2+ years experience in leading a team
🔸 upper-intermediate English
🔸 coaching, training, and development skills
🔸 reporting and analytic skills

Would be plus:

🔹 experience working with IT company
🔹 interest in the crypto mining industry
