Responsibility
• Supporting of existing and extending office infrastructure: PCs, laptops, printers, switches, etc.
• Supporting of team members with all related infrastructure questions
• Maintaining, improving and enhancing internal network and infrastructure
• 2nd and 3rd level support (diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve)
• Applying a strong focus on system stability, redundancy, security and high
availability
• System monitoring, auditing, optimization and maintenance of Zoot’s infrastructure
• Supporting application installations and deployments

Personal Profile
• Computer science education
• Experience in the setup and configuration of desktop PC’s, Laptops with different
well-known OS (Windows, Mac)
• Knowledge of data protection, data security
• Experience in working with MS Office, Confluence and ticketing systems like JIRA
• Accurate and analytical working style with high attention to detail
• Upper-intermediate English
