Automation Quality Assurance Engineer (offline)

Web applications with React on Frontend and Python on Backend. JS-based automated test framework.

For test automation we use WebdriverIO framework on Javascript and Cucumber for BDD test approach. We use Appium plugin for WebdriverIO to run test automation on mobile devices and Github Actions and Docker containers to include it into pipeline.

1) Project development phase
Building new web apps from scratch as part of the global platform. Started working on two projects a few months ago, few more web apps to be started. Huge roadmap of new functionality that needs to be developed.

2) Team Size and seniority levels
React engineers, Python Engineers, QA Engineers (Manual and Automation QA), Project and Product Management.

3) Interview process
3 stages:
- 30min Intro Call with Recruiter of Transcenda.
- 30min Qualifying Call with CTO of Transcenda.
- 60min Tech Interview with 2 QA team members. (they will have to solve a small coding task on JS, inform all others Candidates)

4) Remote / in-office work
The team is working remotely from home, while the office on Podil is available 24/7 where we have all the hardware and devices for testing if needed. Using Slack and Zoom for quick communication, as well as JIRA and other standard tools for project management.

5) Work hours and schedule flexibility
We're looking for full-time team members with 8h a day or 40h a week availability. There is flexibility in work hours, important to join team or client meetings, like daily standup zoom calls or planning/grooming/demo meetings. Generally, we expect the team to be available from 10am to 7pm for quick collaboration with other team members.

6) Comp package
